Opt for a name for your technical service business only after carefully reviewing the guidelines for company naming, ensuring compliance with the do’s and don’ts, to secure initial approval.

• A completed application form.
• Passport copies of the prospective owner(s).
• Passport-sized photographs.
• A No Objection Certificate from your current employer (if applicable).
• A notarized Memorandum of Association (MOA) at a Dubai Public Notary.

• If you opt for the Free Zone route, you can submit your application directly to your selected Free Zone authority. On the other hand, for the Mainland option, you should apply through the Department of Economic Development (DED).
